• Do you require appointments?
    Yes, we do. When we are not occupied with reservations, we do take limited walk-ins. However, to ensure that you are timely taken care of, please visit our website to make an appointment.

  • Why do you require putting in a credit/debit card in order to make an appointment? Am I charged as soon as I’d make an appointment?
    We kindly ask you to secure your appointment by putting in your debit/credit card. However, we DO NOT charge your card for the services you are booking. All payments are taken in person at our shop. The only time your card gets charged a $19 fee is if you don’t show up for your appointment or if you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment. As an appointment-based fingerprinting & ID photo service provider, it’s imperative for us to make sure ALL customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the time of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $19. Due to prior experiences, we will charge a no show fee regardless of reasons, thank you for your understanding.


  • Do you have the capability to do hard card fingerprinting?
    Yes, we do. We capture your fingerprints on a fingerprinting scanner and they get printed onto the desired card (FD-258, SF 87, FD-1164, Maryland pink fingerprinting card, Ohio BCI card, etc)

  • Do you provide FIELDPRINT fingerprinting services?
    No, we do not.

  • I have been told that my fingerprints are very faint and hard to capture. Any tips?
    Staying hydrated the day before and the day of your fingerprinting appointment definitely helps. Applying corn husker lotion on your fingertips twice a day for a week prior to getting fingerprinted also helps out.


  • I am in need of a foreign passport photo, are you capable of providing such service?
    Yes, we are! We are capable of providing photos for every country out there on earth. As long as you bring in the photo specification, rest assured we can take care of your needs.

  • I am in need of a digital photo with a code for Online Passport Renewal for UK & Ireland, are you capable of providing the service?
    While we are not able to provide the code as it’s only generated by the photobooths, we are capable of providing the photo that meets ALL the requirements to be uploaded onto gov.uk (UK) or/and dfa.ie (Ireland). The websites give the applicants 2 options to upload the photos: one being the code, the other being manually uploading the photo onto their website. You’ll download the photo that we’d send via email then upload it onto the website(s).

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We guarantee the majority of services that we offer. Please make sure to provide rejection letters/documents  from the officials as proof.  Due to prior experiences, we DO NOT guarantee Digital Photo service. We are happy to do as many retakes as it takes to get the photo accepted by the officials but we do not do refunds on Digital photo services.
